In order to secure all that is best in the education of your children, the maximum cooperation between parents and the School authorities is desired, We earnestly recommend that parents or guardians should look at their children's school calendar every day, and see to it that the lessons homework assigned for the next day is done. Children should be encouraged to cultivate the habit of neatness and slovenliness should be firmly disapproved of. Remarks made in the calendar should be seen and signed regulatory.

Should you feel that your children do not make the desired progress, the Principal should be contacted. Private tuitions are strongly discouraged. No teacher will be allowed to tutor his/her own students, in the class/subject she/he teaches.

Criticism of your child's teacher or school in their presence should be avoided, because it causes them to lose their respect for teachers with a consequent failure to learn from those teachers. Should you have a legitimate complaint, see the Principal at the earliest.

As your children advance in age, guide them to become resourceful and useful members of both home and country. Encourage self-help in work and study. They should be taught to keep the house tidy, polish their own shoes etc.

The formation of such habits early in life inculcates in them the idea of the dignity of work, a fundamental personal virtue for a successful career in life, and creates a liking in them for self-reliance.

Withdrawal of your children from class for social functions is not recommended because it retards their progress in school and minimizes their respect for regular hard work, with consequent failure to progress in studies.

Should there be an infectious disease in your home please report the fact to the Principal at once, and do not send your child till the danger of infection has passed over.

As the medium of instruction is English, children should be helped to follow their class easily and intelligently by getting them to speak in English with their classmates and companions at home. The children are strictly forbidden to speak in any other language other than English during school hours.
